I love you, and you're incredibly useful, even if I admit I kind of abuse you a little and your screen needs to be cleaned. But I have put up with your freak outs, your little glitches, the mousepad that hates to work--I'm fine with all of that. I've grown fond of your idiosyncrasies.
That does not give you the right to eat an entire file of the new stuff I had for my story about Lancaster.
You left me the outline, at least, but I'm telling you. This is not on.
