Definitely have job security. Was just hired to the Barclay's program, and training starts on 10-22. All in all, this makes me happy. While I enjoyed working for Washington Mutual, and really learned an incredible amount about mortgages and taxes and escrow, I hear this new program is easier, and I'm looking forward to it. And I get paid more! Definite plus.

ETA: 30 Days of Night comes out 10-19. Is anyone as excited as I am about that??
