I don't know. You could do movie reviews, comic reviews, anime/manga reviews. You could talk about music or concerts or books or TV shows. Is there a category that you're most interested in?

What all are you interested in writing more about? That might help with the narrowing down of topics.

Otherwise, I'll agree with [profile] lady_krysis and say that movie/tv reviews would be really interesting. Anime as well. I'm not as much into anime shows, so reviews from someone who does watch a lot and has good taste would be nice.
