So, I saw Julie/Julia tonight, which basically consists of two stories: Julia Child's life in France, and her struggle to get her book published, and then that of a blogger named Julie, who decided to cook all of the recipes in Mastering the Art of French Cooking in 365 days.

I really enjoyed it. I didn't know much about Julia Childs or who the blogger chick was, so I got to come into it completely blind and appreciate what an amazing woman Julia Childs was. It was almost like a life lesson for me or something. It touched me, made me miss writing properly in my journal even more than I had already been missing it. It makes me want to start a project of my own.

So I am. Let's see how well I stick to it.

I am going to post a picture of one item that I have collected every day -- keychains, fandom merchandise, knick knacks, and maybe even talk about them a little. I don't think I'll go so far as my comic books, because that would be silly (although, it would be a good way to force myself to get them back in order...) but I don't know. It sounds like fun. It will keep me posting. And maybe it'll be a way of getting the words I want in front of me, instead of lingering in my head.

Who's with me?

I can still cheerlead then.

[cha, cha, cha, cheer *\o/*]

And ha! I haven't seen everything. (Because you have a lot of stuff, yo.) So I'm looking forward to this 365 days challenge. ^_^
