1. You have a huge amount of hair. It makes me think of the barber people who keep their customer's hair after each cut and spin it into thread so that the customer's can have clothing of their hair. It's a strange vanity, but yeah.

2. Write an epic in poetry. (Like you were going to do for your thesis, but didn't, maybe? (In any case, you need to let me read your thesis, yo. You promised.)

3. Red. Don't ask me why.

4. Your voice. It's soothing, and really nice for reading things. Much better than mine, at any rate. ^_^

5. Um. The first memory I've got of you is at that joint birthday party that Brandi held for me and Beth. The summer before seventh grade started? Or maybe it was eighth grade, I'm not sure. No, it had to be seventh. And we sat on the driveway and waved at passing cars and discovered we had homeroom together.

6. Alternately of a panther, and a flamingo. Don't ask me.

7. I pretty much know the answer to this, but I ask it myself all the time, so whatev. Pre-London and Post-London-- did I change? Do you miss the me I used to be, or is the one I am right now good enough?

1. Um, I've never even heard of that before. Spin hair into thread? That, actually, kinda creeps me out. But yeah, I do have a lot of hair. It's an ungodly amount.

2. I am proud to announce that, due to Amoja's ... persuasive efforts, I'm working on my thesis, so you shall definitely get the opportunity to read it again. I just have to re-type the whole damn thing since the CD I had it on died. It makes me weep still.

The new you isn't just good enough; I like her; I'm getting to know her, and she's sweet and friendly with the vestiges of the old Rachel that's still refreshing and funny. This new you is so willing to try new things and not be so stubborn as to refuse to try something but be stubborn to try new things all the time. Yeah, so if you wanted the short version, that wasn't this one. ^_^

5. Everything seems forever ago now, but now I'm remembering so much, like the theater. ^_^ And you know what I found out? Amoja had gone to that same play! I thought it was funny.

1. Since we're on the topic of breasts, sometimes I randomly think of that entry you posted (I can't remember which one, but it like, had animated stars?) and giggle, because I remember I had no idea what I was expecting.

2. Bungee jumping, only because I'm too terrified to do it myself.

3. A mossy, deep color of some sort. Gray-green, maybe?

4. I like the fact that, at least on lj, it seems like you don't make excuses. You just accept things as they come and try to do your best with it all.

7. Hey, I actually know this one: Back when I first got the opportunity to play on teh intarwebs by myself, I went looking for Ronin Warriors stuff. I happened across Mink's Yaoi Ronin Cake Archive via...animewebturnpike, I think, and that's what drilled fic into my brain. I was fascinated by the idea of pairing up my favorite male characters for relationships, and everything kind of snowballed from there. "Slash" (or yaoi. whatev.) and "fandom" are basically inextricably linked in my brain because of my formative experiences in reading fic.

Kitsune udon... hmm. I'll just link you to a recipe (http://www.japan-guide.com/r/e105.html). It has inari and rice noodles and is just generallly yummy. You could also try tempura--that's really good too. ^^;;

And that's amazing. I have to angst over my writing until the very last second before it becomes something that anyone sees.
