Gleeeeeeeee

It's Glee music time again!

Artie and Tina - Whenever I Call You Friend

Rachel and Santana - Brave (Santana, as always, looks gorgeous.)

Artie and Tina - My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)

Santana - Don't Rain on My Parade

Elliott and Kurt - I Believe in a Thing Called Love

Rachel and Santana - Every Breath You Take (Otherwise known as the exact moment I started shipping Rachel/Santana)

Artie, Blaine, and Tina - Breakaway

I was mostly meh for a lot of this episode, I feel. The cinematography was weird, I'm kind of tired of Chris Colfer's face? And I could totally see Glee going for a Kurt/Elliott plotline, because Glee is that kind of show. The big important news, however, is that I now ship Santana/Rachel like burning. For reaaaaal. I spent every scene they shared together going "Doesn't Santana have a girlfriend?"

Rachel and Santana fighting felt more to me like a UST spat than it did like, a legit fight? I keep ending my sentences in question marks?

And I actually felt really bad for Rachel at the end there, when she was packing her stuff up and moving out. I blame the way Lea Michele's face was all crumpled in, because I KNOW THAT EXPRESSION. I KNOW HOW IT FEELS INSIDE. And if Santana and Rachel would just apologize to each other, because they were both totally out of line, it would be okay!

Glee, how dare you give me feelings so late after you've jumped the shark??

Any episode where I spend Kurt's musical number discussing with Mum about how the youth of today wear their clothes too tight (and how super-skinny looks just don't appeal to me -- leave a little to the imagination) is not an episode where I overly care.

Mind you, Santana was *gorgeous* in this episode. And I loved "Don't Rain on my Parade". Rachel's version is Barbs incarnate, but I loved that while Santana's was different, it was still so good.

You know, that would make a lot more sense. The fight's ridiculous, but if you look at it as Rachel and Santana resisting the urge to make out, well, that makes far more sense.

Personally, I felt for Santana because it's a legit job and Rachel's being ridiculous and jealous and it's just unnecessary (add in that clearly the director's done it for press attention, so it's not as if Santana purely got the job on her own talent -- give her a break). But it's still just... such a stupid fight to break up move out over.
