Christmas wish list

I haven't done one of these in a while, but then I figured, why not? It's just a small list, but this was everything I could think of. :D



1. Pretty much anything from my Amazon wish list I WANT ALL THE FROZEN STUFF OMG. I really have a surprising new fannish obsession.

2. A list of links to favorite fics. I'm always looking for good quality reading material, and I trust my flist.

3. Music playlists! I always like to hear what people are listening to.

4. Recommend your favorite movies. I can't deal with embarrassment or gore porn very well, but everything else is fair game.

5. Notebooks and pens and little care packages! I used to love those things when I was closer with my online friends, but I was always terrible at reciprocating. :(

6. Zoya nail polishes! I usually go for coppers or greens, but I always like to be surprised.

My favourite movies? It's probably a three-way tie between Inception (smart, pretty, interesting scifi -- with an awesome slashy fandom behind it), Dogma (swearing, inappropriate humour, nice stance on religion, plus slightly slashy angels, and god loving skeeball, and Metatron... ) and Kenneth Brannagh's 4-hour Hamlet (favourite Shakespeare movie so far). It's an odd mix.

Oh, the first two are so good. I'm almost ashamed to say that I haven't seen Brannagh's Hamlet, but it's something I should remedy. :)

Oh, it's very pretty. I mean, even if you're not into Shakespeare or Kenneth Brannagh (and those are two separate things, no matter how much that latter might wish otherwise *g*), that film is shot on a visually delightful scale.
