So I finally broke down and downloaded Zombies, RUN! on my android because I've been hearing so many good things about it. I was walking along, minding my own business on Mission 1, when Sam Yao shouts in my ear, HOSTILES, RUN! RUN! And I, terrified of those nonexistent zombies, run as if my life depended on it.
And after maybe twenty strides of RUNNING MY BUTT OFF, I stopped being able to BREATHE.
I'm usually so careful about what types of activities I do that I forget I actually do, in fact, have asthma, and yes, cardio DOES actually set it off.
So I'm going to turn the ZOMBIE HORDES feature off for the time being, and play Zombies, WALK! for a while.
After I relearn breathing again.
