Glee music day!

New Directions Girls and Blaine - Diva

Blaine - Don't Stop Me Now

Santana - Nutbush City Limits

Santana and Sam - Make No Mistake (She's Mine)

Kurt and Rachel - Bring Him Home (Duet, ep rip)
Rachel's version
Kurt's version

Tina - Hung Up

Santana - Girl on Fire

I really think Rachel deserved to win. Kurt's voice is always crystal, but he never shows enough emotion in his singing for me. The only time he managed it was Rose's Turn.

Finn should just replace Will. I'd be totes okay with that.

New Directions should not be proceeding to Regionals. They didn't place second, they were disqualified for not finishing their set and leaving because of Marley. It drives me nuts.

Real life logic does not apply to Glee. For that reason, I think Will should completely be replaced by Finn. I would be a-okay with that.

It really depends on the episodes and the issues (and the week) as to whether or not I overly worry. I think I probably put more thought into writing -- this would be why I've spent time googling and using Wiki to look up schools in Lima and Elida, just for a two sentence throw-away mention -- but sometimes the little dodgy details are more annoying than can be said.

Mind you, I think if I want a high school series that seriously looked at implications, I should go watch the rest of Friday Night Lights. For some reason, musical high emotion and nasty humour doesn't go hand-in-hand with reality.

As for Glee, I'm wondering if there's a bit of a sweetheart clause in there about previous national champions. I choose to believe that since two out of three teams were disqualified -- either the third team was disqualified without us being told, or ND got to go as the current national champions.

This season has given me an unusual amount of Finn love.

I think Blaine will always be my favourite, but I've been surprised at how much I've loved Finn this year -- I was a bit so-so about him last year, but he's just been lovely this year. Still dense but really sweet and caring, and ... yes, show. Give me the best that Finn Hudson can be, and I will happily watch.
