As my first gift of three weeks, I present:
X-Men/New Teen Titans crossover.

Thoughts:
I still love it. Dick as Robin, his passionate love affair with Kory, Raven before her characterization was completely shredded--it's all fantastic.
Add to that an angsty Cyclops, the X-men having nightmares about their dead friend, ghosts or telepathic projections pleading for help; it gives me the shivers.
This crossover totally holds up way better than the Dark Phoenix saga, but you can't have one without the other. This was lovely. I only wish it could've been longer.
I really find this kind of haunting and bittersweet, honestly. How much of that creature is Phoenix? How much is Jean? Is there any possible way that they could have saved her? I love that they left the ending ambiguous.
Also, Darkseid and Dark Phoenix for the win, y/y?
