Gah. I have totally fallen off the fitness wagon. I haven't gained back any of the minimal amount of weight that I lost, but I have totally overindulged this weekend. So, three things that I'm going to be more aware of.

* Stop drinking so much Pepsi.

I used to give myself a little cheat on this by saying I'd only have Pepsi when I ate out, but then, take this weekend for example, all of my meals were eaten out. And I went to the movies twice. So I ended up drinking a huge thing of Pepsi, a huge thing of Cherry Coke, and then tried to even out a little by drinking Coke Zero. When dad and I ate out today, I made sure to order water.

* 100 Push Ups Program

I desperately need to get up my arm strength, because it is pathetic and my arms are flabby. Plus, I enjoy push ups, even though I want to die after all but two. Maybe I'll keep up a log on my journal. It might keep my motivation up.

* Dance Dance Revolution

I've done this sporadically, but if I set my alarm at 7am, I can do the push ups for however long that takes, and then alternate between DDR and Shimmy.

Let's see how this goes, shall we?

ETA: 20 minutes of DDR completed. I want to die.
