I dunno if he doesn't want Harry-- all I know is that he -thinks- he doesn't, if that makes sense. I mean, obviously I do believe he wants Harry (eeheheheh!!) but like. You can sort of tell he's in denial, right? Well, maybe, anyway -.-
He's really freaked out that Harry wants him because like... he doesn't -really- believe Harry -really- likes him (insecure! can you -believe- it?!) hee. So he's got all these Issues where he doesn't mix friendship and sex (awwww) and like... he thinks that if the friendship isn't important enough to Harry that Harry would risk it like that, then the friendship clearly meant a lot less to Harry than to him. (ISN'T THAT ADORABLE?!?!)

Yeah. It's like... UL!Draco fucks anyone that strikes his fancy (male or female-- hello, Blaise), but see, Harry Was Special, and so it really felt like a betrayal when Harry inflicted whatever sexual crisis he was going through on Draco, since Draco finds it really easy to ignore sexual urges (so far-- muwahahaahah!!!)

So yeah. To Draco love & sex = entirely different things, -besides- which, Draco doesn't -believe- in love, let alone that Harry even -could- love him (though he was beginning to believe Harry liked him).
So while he -had- considered snogging Potter in a curiosity sort of way (according to him!!), it wasn't really anything pressing. And then he was afraid (after Potter -did- kiss him) that this meant he was just using him and pretending, the entire time. I mean, it seems ridiculous to -me- to imagine UL!Harry like that, but like I said, UL!Draco has... Issues. So he was all, "WAH, HARRY DOESN'T LIKE ME" when he kissed him and when he kissed -Ginny-, he was probably all, "WAH, HARRY'S PLAYING MIND-GAMES WITH ME AGAIN :((" you know?
