I'm reading the manga of Fushigi Yugi. There's a character in there named Nuriko. I just got Volume 8. In v. 8, he dies. And it's sad. *sniffles*

I mean, there probably -is- fanfiction out there about Fushigi Yugi, but I'm reading the actual published manga by Yu Watase, who is the original author. I'm really into comic books, and I suppose you can say Fushigi Yugi is a comic book, although there's an anime out there that I desperately want to see. ^^;;

I haven't read Nuriko's death in the manga (I skimmed -.-), and I've only seen it in the anime, so I have a question -- in the manga, does Tasuki still cry?

Taisuki? I don't think I've gotten that far. At the end of 8, only Tamahome and Miaka know he's dead. I mean, he -just- died. So I'll have to wait and see, and I'll tell you as soon as I know.

Okay, okay, I see, I see! Yanno what, though, Mori? I know you'remore into the manga than the anime, but if you can get ahold of the anime, I definitely think you should watch the Nuriko's death episode because it's beautiful and you hear the song "Winner," and it made me cry when I watched it for the first time. It's fantastic.

Dude. I can like, hear you in my country. I've never seent the manga but I've seen all episodes of FY and I got really really depressed when Nuriko died. Ah well, you know me. ^_^
