Okay, Stargate: Atlantis. Let's make ourselves a deal. I will continue to love you as always, and you will never, ever, have a medical crisis ever again. You're so bad at it. No more medicine. Ever.
Now, thoughts I had while watching SGA. Don't scoff at me—you totally knew this was going to happen. :D In absolutely no order:
• Is it just me, or were Carson and Zelenka especially fake looking? Like, someone had too much fun with their make up or something.
• What was up with Sheppard? He's barely talked fifteen words to Keller since she's been on the show, and suddenly he's all like, I WILL RISK MY LIFE FOR HER HA!
• On second thought, Keller spoke to Rodney a couple of times before she was incapacitated. That explains it: John was cock-blocking again, with his 'look at my leaning' and his 'look how pretty my eyelashes are' and his 'my eyes are SOULFUL, damn you!' expressions he had.
• Ha ha ha, I felt bad for Zelenka in this ep. Rodney's infected with a yucky, brain altering disease, and he can still poke holes in Radek's theories.
• Oh, look. There's John again. Hi, Sheppard!
• Why is Carson a one trick pony? 'Someone's sick? Oh noes! I shall create a genetically engineered retrovirus and save the day!' Surely you learned something else in med school?
• Oh, look, more John! You're lucky you're so pretty.
• Mommy!Teyla is so cute.
• Did anyone but me think that this whole thing was really a psychological way for Jennifer to get her tentacle sex kink satisfied?
• Did anyone notice all the mixed signals with the love triangle, in this ep? Rodney's all, "I will don hazmat and visit Jennifer while she is sick and has multiple personalities," while Ronon is all "I will watch from afar." And then it goes to Ronon being "I will go in and save her from her disease!!1!!" and Rodney's all like, "Hey, Ronon will save Jennifer from her disease!!1!!" Ronon/Rodney/Jennifer threesome, y/y?
• Oh, look, there goes John again. At least I can believe you sacrificing your life to save a teammate.

• Woolsey has won me over completely in a single episode. AWESOME. I am incredibly full of love for Woolsey.

He totally was cock-blocking, for realz. Notice how he completely fails to mention to Rodney that he hooked up with Keller in the other timeline? Yeah. (Personally, I would like to think the relationship is what he was referring to when he said worse things happened with him gone. Silly writers, you thought you meant the lost war and the mass destruction. So naive.)

Anyway, I really feel guilty, because I was kind of egging my muses on, but I was musing over my pet peeve--you know the one, about Alternates and Future!versions and whatnot. Anyway, for some reason, most likely because work was boring and none of my muses sit still when I'm bored, I was thinking about an Alt!Rodney and Alt!John hitting on Prime!John and Prime!Rodney, when Rodney!muse was all, "I would totally know it wasn't him. I mean, come on!"
And John was sort of, "...hm." So I kept poking at them, and John came up with something that was basically like, "Yeah, I might, with the other Rodney. I mean, it's no strings attached, I guess."
To which I was like, "What, are you serious?" And hating on my muse, because it's terrible when he agrees with my PET PEEVE. UGH.
And Rodney said to John, "I never thought you were a coward." And hasn't spoken to him since. None of us are happy about that right now. ^^;; Me and my big mouth.
