So, in my continuing search for SGA fic, I've finally stopped stumbling around to single journals at a time, and finally made my way to an archive.

And this is where the badfic exists. I knew it. It buuurns.

I've been faithfully denying the urge to cackle madly. I've no idea why badfic makes me so happy. Ego boost? Some strange version of written masochism? I have no idea.

Plz to be sending me fic soon? I'm down to the last few things of seperis's, and then I don't think I have anything else to read. :(

But yeah, badfic is one of the most awesome things ever, when you're in the mood to a)feel superior, b)laugh your ass off, and/or c)be amazed at the bizarre, inane crap that other human beings can put on a page. Even when it burns.

...um. [shifty eyes] Scratch that "don't have anything to read" part. In a blur of searching and link surfing that I don't quite remember, I've got two huge recs pages to peruse, and a gabillion Harlequin fics waiting to be read. (I may possibly have a weakness for romance novel-style fic. Especially if John is all angsty and vulnerable and broken, and Rodney is awesome at sex. Not that I have thought about my SGA kinks or anything. :P)

But I am still anticipating what you have for me. ♥

So maybe there will be things you haven't read that you will enjoy, for awesome or for badness. I haven't actually been through either of them yet since I have these Harlequin fics to check out first, so standard "this is what people I don't know thought was good" disclaimers apply.

As for kinks, I seem to find myself growing very fond of Oblivious!Rodney and Jealous!John. It's crazy.

It could also have to do something with the fic that's brewing in my brain about how much Miller obviously loved Rodney when he flew Rodney and Grodin to the satellite and how he would probably be happy to be at Rodney's beck and call and when Rodney finally realized that he could use him to light things up he'd start forgetting to ask John and John would be upset about it and want to bust Miller's security clearance so far back that he'd have to go back to earth or at the very least be stuck cleaning the Atlantis latrines.

And no. I haven't thought about this often at all.

Oh, write it, pleeeease. I also adore jealous!John and oblivious!Rodney.

Dude, writing it with you would be awesome. Have you reached the episode with Miller yet in season one?

Ha! I blew through the season in about three days because all I did last Sunday was watch it while I crocheted and checked email/flist. Srsly. I'll have to rewatch that one for writing purposes, though. (Like that's a hardship. :P)

It totally gives me a reason to rewatch the episode myself. Like I needed it. *____*

Alternately, that Conrad/Gwendal story that I'm writing, using the

30_lemons prompt "Anonymity, or, "Taken by the Faceless Stranger""-- I've got a question, so maybe you can answer it.

I was originally going to have Conrad blindfolded and molested by Gwendal, of course, but he originally didn't know it was Gwendal. But now Gwen!muse is having some fit of conscience and wants to know if the prompt will work if we just use a blindfold, although Conrad would know who it is.

Any thoughts?

Well, if Gwendal is willing to go with a roleplaying angle, that could work. At least, that's what I'm told by the Conrad in my musespace who seems to only exist when I'm talking to you or there's pop music on. Or I can think some more.

Heh. I love that I make you get Conrad. ♥

And I don't know about the role-playing thing. I guess I'm just going to have to continue going the morally ambiguous way. ^_^
