Is it bad of me to think that a story isn't genuinely angsty if it has a happy ending?

mcshep_match and got to an angsty story that was really good. And then there was a happy ending, and I was like, wtf? That's not angst! How dare they spoil it!
*laughs* God, I'm lame.
