I have an interview tomorrow! *hopes*

In other news, I'm going to Europe in April, so you all know what that means.

Gimme addresses! :D

[Poll #927176]

P.S.

Cinderella I = passive female love story
Cinderella II = Bad anthology collection
Cinderella III = Really-cheesy-but-a-lot-of-fun-anyway action flick. Seriously.

My aunt and uncle want to take a cruise across the pond this year and invited me with them. If I get to go, I should do the postcard thing, too, so I'm glad you put this up and pinged my brain. :)

You totally should. It's so much fun. ^_^

And yeah. I totally want a postcard if you go. *beady look*

I am protesting Disney's attempt to maintain revenue streams by creating sequels of such classics, thereby diminishing their childhood value.

In other words, I think the sequels will suck, so I don't want to subject myself to them, and I don't understand why the hell Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp or even freakin' Snow White needs a sequel. Reinvent, I'm not afraid of that (I love the Egyptian Cinderella story book), but stop with the damn sequels!

Eh. I care little enough about Disney that they don't really bother me. And I don't think it really diminishes the childhood value for me to have sequels of classic movies-- it really just makes me pity the company itself.

Cinderella didn't need a sequel, and neither did Snow White. (There's a sequel for that movie?) But I do disagree with you about Lady and the Tramp. There was a comic strip for years in California about Scamp's adventures, so it only made sense to me that they'd eventually make a sequel. And I really don't think that one was bad at all. It had some good music.
