How the hell do you fill out an Individual Development Plan? I've been looking online for the last half hour, and still have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
Well, the very first thing is simply Strengths, which is self explanatory.
Then there's three smaller sections: Profile, which has Title, Supervisor, company, start date, mobility, etc, which I think I'm supposed to leave alone? And on the back there's a table-- Development needs, targeted development recommendations, resources required, and timeframe, and then quarterly progress.
And actually, typing all this out to you has made it pretty easy for me to figure out what to do. I think. I hope. LOL
