My non-spoilery review of Elementary S01E12?

Okay, so—as soon as we heard 'M' we knew Moriarty was going to be involved, right? Right? I JUST WANT TO KEYSMASH WITH DELIGHT. THIS EPISODE GUYS, THIS EPISODE.
Irene. So. I'm not convinced she's actually dead. It's quite possible she is and we'll never see her in the show (after all, she was only in one story in ACD canon) but I think that would be a terrible, terrible waste. Moriarty was the one responsible. She's a far more useful tool alive than dead, I think.

Jonny Lee Miller was brilliant in this episode. Like, I don't. His Sherlock is so freaking vulnerable. And let me tell you, I am bitterly, bitterly lamenting—okay, when the show first started, I was like, it would be awful if they made John Joan just so they could get Sherlock and John together. And then the writers were like, we're not writing them as a romantic partnership. And I was like yay! I hope they hold to that
AND I SHIP IT LIKE BURNING OMG I ship them more than I have shipped any other Holmes and Watson, including the 2004 movie with Rupert Everett where he breathed love for Watson.
BITTERLY LAMENTING. BITTERLY.
And I really loved, actually, how in both the BBC Sherlock and Elementary, Moriarty talked to Sherlock through other people, and both ways were absolutely creepy and amazing.
And Joan, lying, so she could be with Sherlock just a little longer. I cannot wait for Sherlock to find out, or for MYCROFT TO SHOW UP OR HIS FATHER POPPING UP OR I JUST WANTS HOLMESES, OKAY? ALL THE HOLMESES.
