I suppose I should write something.

After work last night, Dad and I went to Denny's for a really late dinner, and I told him the story about how my Draco!muse threw a fit because I didn't get him his green Vision Elite pen like he commanded me to (he still thanks you for it, [livejournal.com profile] nonewwitticisms, as you're obviously more in tune with his needs than his pathetic excuse for a host. :-/) Dad thinks I'm going insane. I think I might agree with him.

I had two dreams last night, and I remember both of them, which is really unusual.

In the first one, I was the queen of England, and my ship had wrecked onto a deserted island. My advisors and the other people on the ship had to recreate our society on this island, and everyone kept telling me what an excellent leader I was. All I could think about where how tired everyone looked and how my hands were blistering from attempting to gather vegetables from the foilage. Then a Spanish ship came up on shore and took us all hostage, and I was in the middle of negotiations with them for our freedom when I woke up.

And of course, my door had managed to close itself again, and I was sweltering. My throat was so parched that it had swollen up, and when I drank my bottle of water from the fridge, it was so cold it burned its way down my throat.

The second dream I had, [livejournal.com profile] krysis_, [livejournal.com profile] scheherezhad, [livejournal.com profile] nonewwitticisms, [livejournal.com profile] draca, and I were at a library. I think we were planning on going to a movie or something. And I went through so many mood swings in my dream that they all just threw up their hands, called me insane, and left me alone. I couldn't stop crying.

I woke up to a cat purrring up against me, and the other one trying to steal the same spot. There was sunlight, and my arms ached.

It was a bad night.

But life goes on.
