Music Spam!

Today, I was thinking about what I could do as my next entry for the dreamwidth festival when I suddenly remembered that I have music fu.

(Well, what really happened is that after we trolled around Toad Suck on Saturday morning and saw the new Nightmare on Elm Street for the second time, [personal profile] dungeonmarm and I ended up spending most of the rainy night afterward watching other Freddy titles and strangely, The Land Before Time VII. And because he's a huge dork, he challenged me to find some of the songs from the movie. And then I figured hey, might as well post more random music for everyone's enjoyment!)

P.S. Please tell me what you download. I'm curious by nature. <33

So, first thing's first:

Land Before Time VII - Beyond the Mysterious Beyond

Land Before Time VII - Good Inside

They are cheesy and adorable. And yet, for some reason, [personal profile] dungeonmarm still doesn't like Sailor Moon.

Shanti Shanti - Beloved Son/Stay With Me

For anyone who has been keeping up with Flash Forward, this was played on the episode Revelation Zero. It's very choral, harmonic, and gorgeous.

Jen Titus - Oh, Death

This one is for all of you Supernatural fans. There's been a promo going around that I have apparently just seen last Thursday, with a haunting and creepy version of Oh, Death. Here you go.

Bitch Slap! Soundtrack - Ave Maria Divita

This song I actually meant to post along with my Camero picspam, but completely forgot about. It's from the soundtrack of Bitch Slap!, sung by America Olivo. It's fun and catchy.

Eisley - Combinations

Eisley - Ten Cent Blues

These two are from a band that my Dad actually discovered, which I really like. They're sort of folksy and pretty. Pretty tends to be a theme of mine in regards to music. If you'd like some more of their tracks, tell me. I'd be happy to give more.

Thomas Dekker - Psyanotic

Thomas Dekker - Melt Away

For these, well. [personal profile] dungeonmarm and I have a constant relationship with Wikipedia. So we found out Thomas Dekker is not only an actor that we like, he was also a muscian. He describes himself as "electrofolk", and we were curious about it, so I decided to nab a couple of tracks. He's kind of fun musically, I think.

Darker Than Black - Abingdon Boy's School - Howling

The theme from Darker Than Black. I love it. Hard and edgy. I know I have anime fans out there. ♥

Outlaw Star - Hiro no Tsuki (First Ending Theme)

Outlaw Star - Hiro no Tsuki (English ep rip)

Outlaw Star - Tsuki no Ie (Second Ending Theme)

These three are from the great Sci Fi anime Outlaw Star. I love the music in it, and when I heard Hiro no Tsuki sung in English, I was really surprised. I also really liked it. Surely there's someone who agrees with me?

Sweetbox - Every Time

Angela Aki - Kokoro no Senshi

Now, these two are kind of fandom personal for me, so no laughing! Every Time has been my default Conrad/Gwendal song since the very first time I heard it. It's so sweet, and focuses on how love can be portrayed with something more than words.

Kokoro no Senshi is my Gwendal song. The warrior within/guides me to the truth. I just think it's beautiful, and it tugs at me just the right way.

Anyone have any requests? :D
