oh my god oh my god help.

What exactly does one do on a second interview? I've only ever been hired after a first!!

It can be just like a first interview, only usually more in-depth and related specifically to the position and how your skill set matches up. For the most part, second interviews mean that they really want you for the job and it's mostly a formality. They might just be for the purpose of you meeting your direct supervisor or something.

Good luck on your interview!! *hugs*

Usually a second interview is a good sign. It means that you've passed the first test and now they want to acquaint you with what you will be doing at the job and see how comfortable you are with the position. They'll probably ask a few more specific questions, but I believe that once you get a second interview, you're basically a shoe-in.

As a business owner, I should advise you that if I were to hire a secretary, I would want to know who she roots for on Heroes. The correct answer is Peter. :)

I'm sure you'll do fine.
